At Mindspace, work doesn’t feel like work.

Since 2014, we’ve been creating flexible, design-led workspaces across Europe, Israel, and the US where people – startups, enterprises, entrepreneurs, and digital nomads – can thrive. With over 15,000 members in 45 locations, we blend hospitality, style, and innovation so every space feels alive.

Why you’ll love it here

Reporting to the Sales Team Lead, you’ll own the full sales journey – from the first conversation to long-term partnerships. You’ll work with companies looking for their next office, understand what they need, and match them with the right solution across our growing portfolio of flexible workspaces. But the relationship doesn’t end when the contract is signed. You’ll continue to support your clients, helping them grow, renew, expand, or adapt their workspace as their business evolves. If you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and seeing the long-term impact of your work, you’ll feel right at home here.

Who you are

You’re a natural relationship builder who enjoys understanding people’s needs and finding the right solution. You’re commercially driven without being pushy, and you know that the best sales come from trust, not pressure. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay organized while managing multiple opportunities, and enjoy taking ownership of your pipeline. You’re proactive, resilient, and always looking for the next opportunity to create value for both your clients and your team.

What you’ll do

– Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and tours to negotiation and closing
– Manage primarily inbound leads while proactively identifying new business opportunities when needed
– Understand each client’s business and recommend the best workspace solution across Mindspace’s portfolio
– Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and guide customers through the decision-making process
– Build long-term relationships with your portfolio of members, supporting renewals, expansions, upgrades, and other account management opportunities
– Work closely with Community Managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
– Monitor customer satisfaction, identify future business opportunities, and contribute to long-term retention
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

What you bring

– 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
– Experience owning the full sales cycle from qualification to closing
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills
– Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
– A proactive, target-driven mindset with excellent organisational skills
– Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a dynamic environment
– Experience in flexible workspaces, hospitality, commercial real estate, SaaS, or startups is a strong advantage

What we offer
– Generous annual leave allowance, including birthdays off
– Meal benefits via a lunch card
– Subsidized public transport subscriptions
– Flexible office swap opportunities
– Moving office support fund
– AI-powered language learning access
– Engaging team events and year-end celebrations
If you enjoy building lasting client relationships, closing meaningful deals, and helping businesses find a workplace where they can thrive, Mindspace is your kind of place.

Growth Marketing Lead – Germany

Mindspace · Berlin / Munich

At Mindspace, work doesn’t feel like work.

Since 2014, we’ve been creating flexible, design-led workspaces across Europe, Israel, and the US where people – startups, enterprises, entrepreneurs, and digital nomads – can thrive. With over 15,000 members in 45 locations, we blend hospitality, style, and innovation so every space feels alive.

Why you’ll love it here

Because at Mindspace, marketing is deeply connected to growth, experience, and community. You won’t just execute campaigns – you’ll shape how the brand shows up across an entire market, influence business performance directly, and help bring our spaces to life locally. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where ideas turn into action quickly, collaboration is constant, and there’s real room to take ownership and make an impact.

Who is the ideal Mindspacer?

You’re hands-on, commercially minded, and know how to balance strategy with execution. You enjoy building things, solving problems, and turning ideas into measurable results.

You thrive in dynamic environments where priorities evolve quickly, and you’re comfortable making decisions, testing new approaches, and adapting as you go. You combine creativity with analytical thinking, communicate confidently across teams and stakeholders, and naturally bring energy and momentum to the people around you. Most importantly, you take ownership and genuinely care about building experiences and campaigns that resonate with people.

About the position

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to own Mindspace’s marketing strategy and execution across all German locations (Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf). You’ll lead a marketing team, build a 360° plan, run it end-to-end, monitor results, and continually optimize to hit company KPIs.

What you’ll do

– Own growth across Germany: Build, execute, measure, and continuously optimize a performance-driven marketing strategy across digital and offline channels
– Drive acquisition & pipeline: Generate qualified demand across locations, products, and services; own funnel performance and partner closely with Sales on targets and conversion
– Run campaigns hands-on: Directly manage and optimize key channels (paid, lifecycle/CRM, partnerships, activations), with a strong focus on CAC, conversion, and ROI
– Lead go-to-market for new sites: Market analysis, positioning, launch planning, and execution with clear growth targets
– Experiment & optimize: Continuously test new channels, messaging, and tactics to unlock scalable growth opportunities
– Manage vendors & partners: Brief and oversee agencies and freelancers where needed, while staying close to execution
– Activate the ecosystem: Drive high-impact events, partnerships, and local activations that feed into the growth funnel
– Create high-performing assets: Support sales and campaigns with localized, conversion-driven collateral
– Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Germany leadership and HQ to align on goals, messaging, and performance tracking

Experience & minimum qualifications

– Proven experience in people management – must.
– Strong German and English (written & spoken) – must.
-Experience in online advertising and lead generation campaign management -must.
– Bachelor’s degree – must.
– Willingness to travel between Mindspace locations in Germany.
– Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) – plus

What we offer
– Generous annual leave allowance, including birthdays off
– Meal benefits via a lunch card
– Subsidized public transport subscriptions
– Flexible office swap opportunities
– Moving office support fund
– AI-powered language learning access
– Engaging team events and year-end celebrations

If you enjoy building brands, driving growth, and turning ideas into meaningful impact in a fast-moving environment – Mindspace is your kind of place.
